320km to Phnom Phen - 7th Mar

320km in 7 hours..

arriving at 12.30pm, we checked in at Regent Park Htl at USD50/-
hmm, din know lotus seed can be eaten raw.. taste a little bitter..
two 'buffalo power'..
'one horse power'
when we see animals used, it's usually for tourist taking a joy ride. Not here though.. even elephants are used to pull logs..
catching a cat nap..
nice bamboo 'serambi' area here with a few hammock provided.. not bad

after riding 3 hours into the morning sun.. (almost 9am), we got sleepy and decided to pull over and rest at this decent looking kampong..

A wedding ceremony.. the practice looks very ritual
Road condition is not too bad, better then the road before Siem Reap..

Estimating about 6 hours on the 320km stretch to Phnom Phen, we sacrifice some sleep, waking up at 4.30am.. a light breakfast bought last night at 7/11.. we set off at 5.30am.. riding into the greeting sunrise was beautiful..
